Tap 🔐 Sign In on the homepage, then use the Register tab. You'll need a name, username, email address, password, and your grade level. After registering, check your email (and spam folder) for a confirmation link — you have to click it before you can sign in.
Yes, but a parent or guardian needs to set up the account on your behalf rather than you registering it yourself — there's a note about this on the registration form.
Just sign in normally with your email/username and password. EduJA allows one active device at a time per account — if you're already signed in elsewhere, you'll be asked whether to sign the other device out and continue on the new one.
Grades 7 through 13, across Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Spanish. Every subject comes in three levels — Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced — with 100 lessons in each, so there are 1,500 lessons per grade and 10,500 in all. Every lesson has its own video and quiz. Work through them in order under 📚 Curriculum.
Intermediate is the standard grade-level curriculum and where most students should start. Beginner is foundation review at a slower pace. Advanced is extension and challenge work. All three are included in your plan for any subject you have access to — a level is never a separate purchase. Not sure which fits? Take the 2-minute check on your grade's subject screen for a recommendation.
Grades 7–9 follow the Jamaican Ministry of Education's National Standards Curriculum (NSC). Grades 10–11 build toward the CXC CSEC syllabuses. Grades 12–13 are CAPE-level — see the next question.
Jamaica's National Standards Curriculum (NSC) covers Grades 1–9, and Grades 10–11 follow the CXC CSEC syllabuses. There is no single Ministry of Education curriculum for Grades 12 and 13 (sixth form) — students there follow CXC's CAPE syllabuses or another approved pathway, chosen subject by subject. EduJA's Grade 12 and 13 lessons are CAPE-level enrichment in our five subject areas. They are not a unit-by-unit match for any one CAPE syllabus, so use them alongside your school's syllabus and your teacher's guidance, not instead of them.
Each lesson has a video and content to read, followed by a short quiz drawn fresh from a larger pool of questions for that lesson. Your quiz scores save automatically to your account. Getting a question wrong isn't a dead end — the explanation shown afterward is there to teach you something, and an ✨ Explain Further button often lets EduJA's AI helper explain it a different way.
🎯 Practice is an open-ended question bank you can draw from any time — pick a subject, optionally a topic, and how many questions you want. 📝 Assessment is whole-subject cumulative testing — 3 terms × 5 assessments per subject, matching how most Jamaican schools structure their school year. Both currently cover Grades 7–13.
🎓 Exam Prep packs (CSEC for Grade 11, CAPE for Grade 12, Checkpoint packs for Grades 7–10), a 🎮 Vocab Game with flashcards and a matching game, a 60-second ⚡ Speed Round, and on paid plans an 🤖 AI Tutor inside each lesson.
Once you've done enough practice for weak spots to show up, a panel appears at the top of the Practice page pointing straight at your lowest-scoring topics, with a one-click "Practice this" button.
Open 🎓 My EduJA → Achievements. Every badge and number there — lessons completed, practice questions answered, assessments taken, hours studied, your longest study streak — is computed from your real activity. Nothing is simulated.
📊 Dashboard → Overall Progress shows a summary across your subjects at any time.
Once signed in, look for 💬 Chat, 📞 Call, 🎥 Video Call, and 📅 Book Session buttons at the top of the page — which ones you see depends on your plan.
You, your teacher, and EduJA admins — that's a safety measure applied the same way for every student, not a privacy gap.
